01Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SEKUREX website (the "Site"), operated by SEKUREX LLC ("SEKUREX," "we," "us"). The Site is an informational storefront and inquiry channel: no orders are placed and no payment is accepted through the Site itself. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

02Products & Custom Encoding Services

SEKUREX sells NFC hardware (including NTAG215 and NTAG 424 DNA cards and tags) through its eBay store, Sekurex Core (seller ID sekurexcore). We also offer custom NFC encoding and encryption services performed to your specification — data writing, key configuration, locking, and batch serialization. Quotes for encoding work are provided by email and are non-binding until confirmed in writing by both parties; no service order is formed until then.

03Orders & Payment — via eBay

All hardware purchases are completed on eBay under the eBay User Agreement and processed by eBay's checkout. SEKUREX never receives or stores your payment credentials, and the Site contains no checkout. Your order, payment, refunds, and buyer protection — including the eBay Money Back Guarantee — are governed by eBay's terms and processes. Where we agree to custom encoding work, payment is likewise invoiced and collected through eBay unless we agree otherwise in writing.

04Shipping

Orders ship from our inventory in New Jersey with the shipping service, timeline, and destinations stated on the applicable eBay listing at checkout. Risk of loss and title pass as provided by the eBay transaction terms applicable to your order.

05Returns

Returns on hardware follow the return policy stated on the applicable eBay listing — currently 30-day returns with return shipping paid by us — and are initiated through eBay. For custom-encoded items, defects in the encoding work we performed will be corrected or refunded; contact us within 14 days of delivery for any defect claim. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded are unaffected.

06Encoding Requests & Response Times

When you submit a project through the encoding-request form, we collect your email address and the project details you provide, and use them to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote (see our Privacy Policy). We aim to respond within 24 hours; this is a service target, not a contractual guarantee. You agree not to submit unlawful content, to request encodings that infringe third-party rights, or to request work intended to clone, spoof, or defeat someone else's security systems.

07Intellectual Property

The Site, the SEKUREX and Sekurex Core brands, and all related designs, imagery, copy, and concepts are the exclusive property of SEKUREX LLC. Purchase of a product does not transfer any intellectual-property rights. See our Intellectual Property Notice for the full statement of protected marks and works.

08Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEKUREX disclaims all implied warranties, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site or any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

09General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which SEKUREX LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
