01What We Collect

The only personal information this Site collects directly is what you submit through the encoding-request form: your email address, your project details, and your rough quantity and chip selections. When you submit the form we also record a country code derived from your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, used solely for abuse prevention. The Site sets no cookies of its own and has no accounts, logins, or checkout.

02Why We Collect It

One purpose: to answer your inquiry and prepare a quote for the encoding work you described. We do not use your email for marketing, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not sell or share your personal information.

03Where It Goes

Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database within Cloudflare's network, and a notification email containing your submission is delivered via Cloudflare Email Routing to our Gmail inbox. The service providers that process this data on our behalf are:

Cloudflare (site hosting, database, email routing, and the Turnstile anti-bot check — Turnstile is designed to be privacy-preserving and does not use cookies for tracking) · Google / Gmail (the inbox where we read and answer your request) · impact.com (an affiliate-program measurement tag loads on the homepage and may set identifiers; it receives no form data) · eBay (if you buy our products, that transaction happens on eBay under eBay's own privacy policy).

04Retention

We keep form submissions for up to 24 months from the date of submission, then delete them. Email correspondence follows the retention of our mailbox provider until deleted.

05Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the information you submitted. Email sekurex001@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. EU/UK visitors: the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in answering the inquiry you sent us; you may object or request erasure at the address above.

06Changes

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted on this page.
