02Trademarks & Brand Names

The following names, marks, and identifiers are trademarks and service marks of SEKUREX LLC, whether or not accompanied by the ™ symbol:

• SEKUREX™ and the SX monogram logo
• MOTION // ORIGIN™ — including the distinctive double-slash treatment
• THE ORIGIN BOX™ and the Founder's Drop release identity
• MOX serial designation system (MOX-001 through MOX-250)
• The taglines "Engineered for the physical. Secured for the digital.", "One Tap. Total Proof.", "Origin of Truth", "Proof in Motion", and "Tap · Motion · Origin Revealed"

No use of these marks — including in product names, marketing, domain names, social handles, or metadata — is permitted without prior written authorization from SEKUREX LLC.

03Copyrighted Works

Protected works include, without limitation: all Site code, page design, and visual systems; all product, packaging, and card artwork; all photography and renders (including the Origin Box, provenance key, lunar, and verification-sequence imagery); all written copy; and the protocol presentation "Tap to Timestamp — Register the Provenance — Seal the Record," including its glyphs and cipher motifs.

04Trade Dress & Product Identity

The overall look and feel of MOTION // ORIGIN constitutes protectable trade dress of SEKUREX LLC, including: the black presentation box with foam-seated key; the white markless provenance card and its layout (wave mark, wordmark placement, serial plate); the obsidian / champagne / mint visual system; and the composition of the Site's verification sequence. Imitation of this trade identity in a manner likely to cause confusion, or that trades on SEKUREX's reputation, is prohibited.

05Concepts & Proprietary Presentation

The MOTION // ORIGIN commercial presentation — the branded pairing of pre-encoded encrypted NFC provenance keys with numbered, retired physical editions, expressed through the naming, copy, artwork, sequence, and identity described above — is proprietary to SEKUREX LLC. Reproducing or closely imitating that expression, in whole or in part, including "substantially similar" derivative branding, constitutes infringement and/or unfair competition and will be treated accordingly.

06No License

Viewing this Site grants you no rights in any SEKUREX intellectual property. Purchase of a product transfers ownership of the physical item only. You may not copy, scrape, frame, data-mine, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Site or brand without prior written consent.

07Enforcement & Contact

SEKUREX LLC actively monitors for unauthorized use of its marks, works, and trade identity, and reserves all remedies at law and in equity, including injunctive relief and recovery of damages.
